Members of the Association for Contemplative Mind in Higher Education (ACMHE) receive an additional $50 discount on conference fees. To activate your member discount, be sure you are logged in to your ACMHE member account when completing online registration.
Volunteers Needed! Please contact Jennifer Palmer at jennifer@contemplativemind.org if you would like to volunteer at the conference and receive a discount on your registration fees.
Reduced Rate Options: We offer lower rate options for undergraduates and graduate students, as well as a reduced rate for part-time or retired faculty, staff, and administrators. You may self-select this option during registration.
Meals: All tickets include a reception on Thursday evening and breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. For other meals, please view the suggested area dining options. (Our registration period for the ticket option which included lunches and a dinner has now ended.)
Accommodations: Our rates do not include accommodations; view suggested area hotels.
Registration & Refund Policies
Registration WITH MEALS closed on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 5pm ET. All registration payments WITH MEALS are due by 5pm ET on September 30, 2015.
Registration WITHOUT MEALS closes on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 9am ET. All registration payments are due by 9am ET on October 5, 2015.
These deadlines also apply to Howard University affiliates, for whom registration is free.
Cancellation Policy: Prior to September 18, 2015, we can grant 90% refunds for registration cancellations. After September 18, we are unable to grant refunds.
